THE GRANGE IN CHARLOTTE

The Grange has been part of Charlotte for over 100 years. Originally rooted in our farming community, we have since widened our role to develop and support activities for the whole town and beyond.

 

Our home is the 150 years old Lyceum Schoolhouse, an important historical resource and venue for our meetings, programs and gatherings.

The Grange supports and establishes community education, learning and mutual support, especially around food production and access, sharing of creative arts and music, enhanced understanding and appreciation of the natural environment and our relationship with Nature
